We’ll begin with a Prospective Client Survey that will help me understand your school’s unique context. The information you provide will frame the conversation at our initial complimentary consultation. This first meeting will include a guided campus tour to help me have a clearer picture of your setting and give you an opportunity to share what you love about your school.

Comprehensive data analysis to develop an action plan with long-term goals and
short-term objectives.

In follow-up sessions, we’ll conduct a thorough analysis of standardized data, classroom observations, and anecdotal evidence. This collaborative process will provide valuable insight that will highlight assets, successes, areas of strength, and identify opportunities for growth within your system. From this comprehensive review we will work together to create a customized action plan with a dedicated focus on equity, inclusion, and student outcomes. This plan will include strategic long-term goals aligned to your charter’s mission and performance metrics, and actionable short-term objectives with success criteria designed to monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
